Chemical Cleaning System(Membrane Cleaning Process)
Reverse Osmosis membrane elements can experience a decline in performance due to the accumulation of deposits on the membrane surface. Mineral scale, colloidal particles, biological matter, and insoluble organic compounds are the usual causes of membrane fouling. When production of a Reverse Osmosis system drops by at least 10 percent, or the differential pressure increases by 15 percent (over normal operating conditions), membrane cleaning should be performed.
What is the requirements for feeding water?
JUFU water 10tph reverse osmosis system can treat the incoming feed water with 2000ppm＜TDS<5000ppm. No matter the water is coming from borehole, well, river.. if the water’s 2000ppm＜TDS<5000ppm, you can directly choose our anti-fouling RO type.If your water TDS above the range, there are still other options to handle your water, contact our sales engineer, the right model will be recommended to solve your water problem.
