15TPH Containerized Reverse Osmosis Water Treatement System

JFRO-15T Containerized RO system introduces the world’s most advanced membrane separation technology – reverse osmosis RO membrane technology. It relies on the reverse osmosis membrane under pressure to make the solvent in solution and solute separation process. As the pore size of reverse osmosis membrane is less than 0.0005μm, the equipment effectively removes bacteria, inorganic salts, viruses and pesticides and other carcinogens from the water, removal rate: >98%.

The main parts of the system are made of stainless steel, with compact size, easy operation, low energy consumption, a full set of water quality online testing, can monitor the water quality in time; complete high and low pressure protection system, effectively protect the high-pressure pumps and RO membranes, to extend the service life of the equipment. It is the ideal equipment for manufacturing pure water.

The system includes a raw water pump, a quartz sand filter, an activated carbon filter, a set of scale inhibitor dosing system, a 5m security filter, a set of single-stage RO membrane, which is designed on a stainless steel frame. The complete set of equipment has a variety of valves and leave a variety of instrumentation interfaces, to facilitate the user site maintenance and automation of water station operation.

RO Feed Water Condition

The RO system should be operated under the following raw water conditions. It is very important to check that your raw water is within these limits.RO feed water conditions that do not meet these criteria will result in permanent and irreversible contamination and damage to the membrane packaged elements. Contamination and damage resulting from this condition is not covered by the system warranty.

  • Water temperature: 4℃-45℃
  • PH range: 4-9
  • Hardness: 17mg/L (in CaCO3)
  • Turbidity: SDI<5
  • TDS<1500mg/L
  • Iron<0.1mg/L
  • Free chlorine: not detectable
  • Manganese<0.5mg/L
  • Organic matters<1mg/L
  • Tap water

Tap water has been chlorinated as a result of disinfection, so a filter must be installed before RO to remove residual chlorine from the water. The reverse osmosis membrane on this commercial RO system is a polyamide composite membrane, which is irreversibly damaged if free chlorine is present in the source water. Damage to the membrane due to chlorine in the source water is not covered by the warranty.

  • Hard water

Raw water hardness must be below 17mg/L. To meet this requirement, it is recommended that a suitable water softener or scale inhibitor dosing device be installed before the reverse osmosis system. Damage to the reverse osmosis membrane due to scaling caused by excessive raw water hardness is not covered by the warranty.

  • Raw Water Temperature and Water Production

The rated water production of the equipment is calculated at a raw water temperature of 25℃. The water production of the reverse osmosis system decreases as the raw water temperature decreases. Generally, for every 1℃ decrease in water temperature, the water production will decrease by 3%.

  • Iron in raw water

As soon as the iron content in the raw water is greater than 0.1mg/L, you will need to add a filter for iron removal.

It adopts a container shell and integrates various units such as pretreatment, filtration, and disinfection inside, enabling rapid improvement of water quality. This equipment boasts modular design, easy installation, small footprint, and high treatment efficiency, making it suitable for various environments and water treatment needs. It can effectively remove impurities and harmful substances from water, ensuring that the outlet water quality meets national standards. Whether it is used in industrial production, municipal water supply, or agricultural irrigation, the container-based water treatment equipment can play its unique role. Therefore, it is a highly efficient and practical water treatment solution that is well received by users.

What is Containerized water treatment equipment

Containerized water treatment equipment is a convenient and efficient solution for water treatment, housing various water treatment processes within a standard shipping container. Here’s a detailed introduction to containerized water treatment equipment:

    1. Structure and Design:

    – Container Base: Typically utilizes a standard shipping container as a foundation, providing structural strength and ease of transportation.

    – Modular Design: Various water treatment units (such as filters, reverse osmosis units, disinfection equipment, etc.) are arranged in modular units within the container, each module working independently for easy maintenance and updates.

    1. Application Scenarios:

    – Temporary or Mobile Projects: Examples include construction sites, disaster response, temporary camps, requiring plug-and-play water treatment facilities.

    – Remote Areas: Provides reliable water treatment solutions without relying on existing infrastructure.

    – Emergency Response: Rapid deployment for safe drinking water in disaster-affected areas or emergency situations.

    1. Key Components:

    – Pre-treatment Units: Including particle filters, sand filters, etc., for removing suspended solids and particles.

    – Main Treatment Units: May include reverse osmosis membranes, ion exchange resins, etc., for advanced treatment to remove dissolved salts and other contaminants.

    – Disinfection Units: Such as UV lamps or ozone generators, for disinfecting bacteria and viruses.

    1. Advantages:

    – Flexibility and Convenience: Containerized design facilitates easy transportation, installation, and removal.

    – Cost-effectiveness: Generally lower cost compared to traditional built-in-place water treatment plants, especially for temporary or small to medium-scale projects.

    – Efficiency: Integrated design ensures high overall efficiency and rapid response to changes in water quality requirements.

    1. Applications:

    – Remote Mining Areas: Providing reliable drinking water supply for mining operations.

    – Temporary Engineering Projects: Such as construction sites, temporary camps, and other locations requiring water treatment.

    – Disaster Response: Emergency water supply solutions following earthquakes, floods, and other disasters.
